Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for partnering with Executive leadership and various staff members by overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, providing customer service, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Executive team:
- Heavy meeting and calendar management
- Coordinate and execute travel plans
- Execute general office functions, including managing office files and subscriptions.
- Monitor office supplies and order replenishments as necessary.
- Plan and manage company functions.
- Oversee company events including lunch and learns, classes, weekly lunches, and clubs.
- Assist with company newsletters and communications.
- Coordinate with building management as necessary.
- Management of sample shipping process.
- Onboarding program maintenance and coordination.
The ideal candidate:
At least three years proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient skills in MS Office suite.
Has exceptional communication skills, is organized, and has a keen attention to detail.
Is self-motivated to accomplish tasks on time and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Other job Details:
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
Status: Full-Time
Reports to: CEO and SVP of Finance
